摘要
为了解拟再开发利用土地的土壤现状和开发潜力,避免因土地使用不当造成环境问题和人群健康风险,对某印染厂地块进行土壤污染状况初步调查。结果表明:共布设8个土壤采样点位,送检40个土壤样品,检出11种污染物指标,土壤pH值范围为8.62~9.88,存在中轻度碱化,其他指标均满足标准。共布设5个地下水采样点位,送检7个地下水样品,检出23种污染物指标,其中总硬度、溶解性总固体、硫酸盐、氯化物、耗氧量、氨氮和钠分别超标0.04、2.58、4.46、0.75、2.01、61.27和0.67倍。现阶段,按《土壤环境质量建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 36600-2018)中第二类用地标准评价,该用地符合用地标准,后续地块内构筑物完全拆除后,应对土壤污染状况进行进一步调查和风险评估。
In order to understand the soil current situation and exploitation potential of the land to be redeveloped and utilized,and to avoid environmental problems and population health risks caused by improper land use,a preliminary investigation of soil contamination in a dyeing factory site was carried out.The results showed that by setting up 8 soil sampling sites and sending 40 soil samples for testing,11 pollutant indicators were detected and the pH value of the soil ranged from 8.62 to 9.88,indicating there was a moderate to mild alkalization of the soil,while all other indicators met the standards.By setting up 5 groundwater sampling sites and sending 7 groundwater samples for testing,23 pollutant indicators were detected,indicators including total hardness,total dissolved solids,sulfate,chloride,oxygen consumption,ammonia nitrogen and sodium exceeded the standard by 0.04,2.58,4.46,0.75,2.01,61.27 and 0.67 times,respectively.At the current stage,according to the second category land screening values in the“Soil environmental quality-Risk control standard for soil contamination of development land(Trial)”(GB 36600-2018),the site complied with the land use standards.After the complete removal of the structures within the site,further investigation and risk assessment of the soil contamination situation should be carried out.
