铁合金行业温室气体排放核算研究——以乌兰察布市为例

摘要 铁合金行业作为钢铁工业的重要基础原材料,其高能耗和高碳排放特性对环境影响显著。因此,对铁合金行业的温室气体排放进行准确核算,是实现行业绿色低碳转型的基础和关键。本研究以内蒙古自治区,特别是乌兰察布市这一全国最大的铁合金产区为研究对象,通过对其2022年的温室气体排放进行核算,并分析现行核算指南的适用性,识别出存在的问题,同时提出核算指南的修订建议和优化方案。这些改进措施不仅可以提升铁合金行业碳排放数据的准确性和可靠性,而且可以为内蒙古自治区乃至其他区域制定和实施铁合金行业的温室气体排放控制措施提供参考和依据。 Ferralloy industry,as a vital base material for the steel industry,has a significant environmental impact due to its high energy consumption and high carbon emissions.Therefore,accurate accounting of greenhouse gas emissions in the ferroalloy industry is fundamental and crucial for achieving the industry s green and low-carbon transformation.This study focuses on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,particularly the city of Ulanqab,the largest ferroalloy production area in the country,and conducts an accounting of its greenhouse gas emissions in 2022.It analyzes the applicability of the current accounting guidelines,identifies existing problems,and proposes amendments and optimization plans for the accounting guidelines.These improvements not only enhance the accuracy and reliability of carbon emission data in the ferroalloy industry,but also provide a reference and basis for formulating and implementing greenhouse gas emission control measures for the ferroalloy industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and other areas.
