摘要
新时代新疆学前教育事业在党和政府的政策、公共财政扶持下得到迅速发展,各民族适龄幼儿受教育权利得到进一步保障。文本以新疆学前教育2016-2022年的发展为研究内容,探究新疆学前教育推进取得的成效和所积累的经验,并针对新疆学前教育高质量发展提出切实路径:政府教育资金要向学前教育方面倾斜,提供更多公共教育资源;实施乡村振兴战略教育行动,减小区域差异造成的教育不均衡现象;采取有效举措保障学前教师队伍整体稳定性;构建县乡村三级学前教育公共服务网络;加强新疆学前教育的深入研究,逐步形成系统化研究体系;加大新疆本地高校和专科学校对学前教育专业人才的培养力度等,以期学前教育事业能够在贴近民心、符合民意的条件下取得长足的进步。
With the policy andfinancial support from the Party and Chinese central government,the pre-school education in Xinjiang has developed rapidly in the new era,which has ensured all ethnic groups'children's right of receiving education.The article focuses on the development of pre-school education in Xinjiang over the past six years(2016-2022),exploring the achievements and accumulated experience in promoting pre-school education in Xinjiang.And based on the current situation,the article has also proposed some practical paths for pre-schools'high-quality development in the future:government education funds should be tilted towards pre-school education and more public education resources should be provided,to mplement the rural revitalization strategic education action to reduce the educational imbalance caused by regional differences and gaps,to take effective measures to ensure the overall stability of the pre-school teacher team.And efforts should be made to establish a public service network for preschool education,which will connect the counties and rural areas together.To strengthen in-depth research on pre-school education in the expectation of forming a systematic research system,and to intensify the efforts of local universities and vocational colleges in Xinjiang to cultivate talents for thefield of pre-school education,with all the above,we hope significant progress will be made in the pre-school education industry under conditions that are close to and in line with public opinion.
