摘要
【目的】以天昌国际烟草有限公司宝丰复烤厂为例,对该企业的打叶复烤生产过程中存在的蒸汽能耗偏高问题进行研究。【方法】根据该企业重点工序蒸汽能耗的运行现状,分析蒸汽能耗偏高的原因,采用汽机联合式抽真空技术、旋风除杂技术及冷凝水回路增压技术对真空回潮、热风润叶及片烟复烤等工序的主要设备进行升级改造。【结果】研究应用结果表明,在真空回潮工序中使用汽机联合抽真空系统,能使单批次真空回潮过程蒸汽消耗量下降49.21%;在热风润叶工序中使用旋风除杂技术,能使润叶机每小时蒸汽消耗量下降24%;在片烟复烤工序使用冷凝水回路增压技术,能使片烟复烤机每小时蒸汽消耗量下降10.4%。应用该技术后,宝丰复烤厂2023年烟季每吨烟蒸汽能耗与2021年烟季相比下降32.7%左右,累计节约成本200余万元。【结论】该研究成果对打叶复烤企业缩减生产成本、提升盈利水平、增强企业竞争力具有一定的指导意义。
[Purposes]This article takes Tianchang International Tobacco Co.,Ltd.Baofeng Redrying Factory as an example to study the problem of high steam energy consumption during the threshing and redrying production process of the enterprise.[Methods]Based on the current operating status of steam energy consumption in the key processes of the enterprise,the reasons for the high steam energy consumption were analyzed.The main equipment in the processes of vacuum rehydration,hot air moistening and lamina redrying were upgraded and renovated using steam turbine combined vacuum technology,cyclone impurity removal technology,and condensate water circuit pressurization technology.[Findings]The research application results show that using a steam turbine combined with a vacuum pumping system in the vacuum rehydration process can reduce the steam consumption of a single batch of vacuum rehydration process by 49.21%;in the hot air moistening process,the use of cyclone impurity removal technology can reduce the steam consumption per hour of the moistening machine by 24%;the use of condensate water circuit pressureization technology in the tobacco re roasting process can reduce the hourly steam consumption of the lamina redrying machine by 10.4%.Ultimately,the steam energy consumption per ton of tobacco in the 2023 tobacco season at Baofeng Redrying Plant decreased by about 32.7%compared to the 2021 tobacco season,saving more than 2 million yuan in cumulative costs.[Conclusions]The research results have certain practical value for reducing production costs,improving profitability,and enhancing competitiveness of threshing and redrying enterprises.
