主端梁连接方式对起重机桥架静动态特性影响研究

摘要 目前,主梁与端梁的连接方式主要有焊接、螺栓连接等,不同方式对于板材的需求量不同。使用Workbench对3种不同连接方式的起重机桥架模型进行静力学以及模态、谐响应分析。结果表明,3种不同连接方式下,其性能效果有较大差异,应根据使用情况选择最为合适的连接方式。 At present,the connection methods between the main beam and the end beam mainly include welding,bolt connection,etc.,and different methods have different requirements for the plate materials.The statics,modal and harmonic responses of crane bridge models with three different connection modes were analyzed by Workbench.The results show that there are significant differences in performance effects among the three different connection methods,and the most suitable connection method should be selected according to the usage situation.
