摘要
在当前的生产过程中,松散回潮热风加热器存在易堵塞、加热效果不佳、过风间隙狭小、清洁不彻底、易积水等问题,严重影响了热风的温度和风速的稳定性,导致松散回潮出口温度和湿度偏差较大。为了解决这些问题,设计一套能够定期冲洗清洁加热器的系统。通过引入高压水冲洗技术,结合合理的喷头布局、排污系统改造以及烘干处理,确保了加热器的高效清洁和系统的稳定运行,有效解决加热器堵塞导致的热风循环系统不稳定问题。
In the current production process,the loose-return hot air heater has several issues,including clogging,poor heating efficiency,narrow air gaps,incomplete cleaning,and water accumulation.These problems severely affect the stability of the hot air temperature and speed,leading to significant deviations in the outlet temperature and moisture of the loose-return process.To address these issues,a system has been designed to periodically wash and clean the heater.Through the introduction of high-pressure water flushing technology,combined with reasonable sprinkler head layout,sewage system transformation and drying treatment,the efficient cleaning of the heater and the stable operation of the system are ensured,and the instability of the hot air circulation system caused by the blockage of the heater is effectively solved.
