Vertical ring die granulator is an important equipment in the field of biomass energy utilization and feed processing,and one of its core components is the press roll.The press roller plays a key role in the process of particle forming by squeezing the raw material through the ring die hole,and its performance directly affects the quality and production efficiency of the particle.Because the press roll works under high pressure,high temperature and high friction environment,the selection of the press roll,the selection of the surface structure,the selection of the material and the surface treatment are very important.The press roller is designed.After analysis,the type of double press roller is selected.The surface structure of tooth groove is adopted.The material is No.55 steel.In order to further improve the performance of the roll,the No.55 steel roll is carburized.By carburizing treatment,the surface hardness of the roller is significantly improved,the wear resistance and fatigue resistance are enhanced,and the service life is also extended.
