摘要
电梯是高层建筑中最重要,也是使用最频繁的运输工具。电梯的安全性关系到整栋建筑的安全。电梯运行过程中常见的安全问题主要包括电梯意外移动剪切伤害、电梯失速导致摔伤、火灾以及夹伤事故,对乘客的身体健康和生命安全构成极大威胁。在电梯安全问题中,电梯轿厢意外移动造成的剪切伤害难以预测,也是最致命的危险之一。基于此,提出一种新型机械式电梯轿厢意外移动保护系统(Unintended Car Movement Protection system,UCMP),其通过轿门启闭触发UCMP系统中的静液力装置实现力的传递,即由液力和弹簧的作用向布置在轿厢顶部两侧的销柱传递动力,使销柱和电梯导轨上的销柱孔配合,实现轿厢平层时的固定保护,防止电梯轿厢意外移动。针对该UCMP的结构进行重点设计,并根据理论力学知识,结合结构特点,对其关键零件进行强度校核。
Elevators are the most important and frequently used means of transportation in high-rise buildings.The safety of the elevator is related to the safety of the entire building.The common safety problems in the process of elevator operation mainly include elevator accidental moving shear injury,elevator stall resulting in fall injury,fire and clamp injury,which pose a great threat to the health and life safety of passengers.In the elevator safety problem,the shear injury caused by the accidental movement of the elevator car is difficult to predict and is one of the deadliest dangers.Based on this,a new mechanical Unintended Car Movement Protection system(UCMP)is proposed,which realizes force transmission through the hydrostatic force device in the UCMP system triggered by the opening and closing of the car door,that is,the force is transmitted to the pins arranged on both sides of the top of the car by the action of the hydraulic force and the spring,so that the pins and pin holes on the elevator guide rail are coordinated to achieve fixed protection when the car is flat and prevent the elevator car from moving accidentally.The structure of the UCMP is designed,and the strength of key parts is checked according to theoretical mechanics knowledge and structural characteristics.
