港口起重机咬轨程度检测系统研究

摘要 岸桥、场桥等港口起重机在长期使用过程中可能出现不同程度的咬轨现象,为了提高港口起重机行走轨道咬轨程度检测的效率和准确性,设计一种基于图像采集和无线传输技术的检测系统。系统包括主体结构模块、图像采集模块、控制与通信模块以及其他辅助模块,采用履带式移动装置和机械臂装置,通过DH-IPC-HFW1431S400万像素网络摄像机进行高清图像采集,并利用无线传输技术实现数据的高效传输和处理。实际应用效果表明,该系统显著提高了检测效率和精度,操作简便,适应性强,优于传统的检测方法,为港口起重机的安全运行提供了有力保障。 In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the detection of rail biting degree of port cranes,a detection system based on image acquisition and wireless transmission technology is designed.The system includes the main structure module,image acquisition module,control and communication module and other auxiliary modules,which adopts crawler mobile device and robot arm device,carries out high-definition image acquisition through DH-IPC-HFW1431S 4 million pixel network camera,and uses wireless transmission technology to achieve efficient data transmission and processing.The practical application results show that the system significantly improves the detection efficiency and accuracy,is simple to operate,has strong adaptability,is superior to the traditional detection methods,and provides a strong guarantee for the safe operation of port cranes.
