摘要
针对百万机组锅炉空气预热器维护中存在的密封性能下降、传热元件清洁不彻底、驱动系统可靠性不足等问题,提出一套优化的维护工艺方案。通过采用复合材料密封件、自润滑轴承座、超声波清洗装置等,并引入智能监控和预测性维护系统,实现空预器预热效率的显著提高,为百万机组节能降耗提供了有力支撑。
Aiming at the problems in the maintenance of boiler air preheater in millions of units,such as reduced sealing performance,incomplete cleaning of heat transfer elements and insufficient reliability of drive system,an optimized maintenance process scheme is proposed.Through the use of composite seals,self-lubricating bearing housing,ultrasonic cleaning devices,and the introduction of intelligent monitoring and predictive maintenance systems,the preheating efficiency of the air preheater has been significantly improved,providing strong support for the energy saving and consumption reduction of millions of units.
