风力发电齿轮箱超温故障原因分析及处理方案

摘要 作为风力发电机组的关键部件,齿轮箱的正常稳定运行直接影响风机的正常发电。润滑系统是齿轮箱运行时的一个重要辅助系统,作用是在设备启动、正常运行以及停机过程中,向正在运行的齿轮箱的各个轴承、齿面及其附属设备供应流量充足、温度和压力合适、干净的润滑油,以确保机组安全可靠地运行,防止齿轮箱出现轴承烧毁、齿面温度过高、齿面干摩擦等问题。文章将重点分析超温故障原因,并提出相应的处理方案,以供参考。 As a key component of wind turbine,the normal and stable operation of gearbox directly affects the normal power generation of wind turbine.The lubrication system is an important auxiliary system during the operation of the gearbox.Its role is to supply sufficient flow,appropriate temperature and pressure and clean lubricating oil to each bearing,tooth surface and auxiliary equipment of the gearbox in operation during the start-up,normal operation and shutdown of the equipment,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the unit,to prevent the gearbox bearing burn,tooth surface temperature is too high,tooth surface dry friction and other problems.The article will focus on the analysis of the causes of overtemperature fault,and put forward the corresponding treatment plan for reference.
