摘要
随着工业自动化的发展,传统冲孔装置已无法满足现代生产需求。针对自动冲孔装置的结构设计需求,提出一种自动冲孔装置结构的设计方案。通过对自动排屑模块、连接调节模块、稳固支撑模块和冲孔模块进行合理设计,显著提升装置的综合性能。实验结果表明,所设计的自动冲孔装置在排屑效果、定位精度和冲孔质量等方面均优于传统的手动冲孔装置,为智能制造装备的升级提供了新思路。
With the development of industrial automation,the traditional punching device has been unable to meet the needs of modern production.According to the requirement of structure design of automatic punching device,a design scheme of automatic punching device structure is proposed.Through reasonable design of automatic chip removal module,connection adjustment module,stable support module and punching module,the comprehensive performance of the device is significantly improved.The experimental results show that the designed automatic punching device is superior to the traditional manual punching device in chip removal effect,positioning accuracy and punching quality,which provides a new idea for the upgrading of intelligent manufacturing equipment.
