碳捕集工艺技术的设计与减排能力分析

摘要 研究和应用二氧化碳捕集技术是改善温室效应的重要方法之一。根据处理碳捕集与燃烧过程的先后顺序主要的技术路径包括预燃烧捕捉、富氧燃烧技术和燃烧后捕捉3种类型,其中燃烧后捕集在技术上最为成熟且应用广泛。据统计全球已有573个碳捕捉项目,且在逐年增加,预计在2023年每年二氧化碳捕集能力320.9 Mt。本文利用模拟软件ASPEN HYSYS,对一套碳捕集流程进行了减排能力的分析,碳捕集的主要流程包括合成气脱硫部分、一氧化碳变换、变换气脱硫、CO_(2)捕集和压缩。根据计算,装置可生产二氧化碳产品339.4 t/h。与原有流程相比,在新增碳捕集流程后可减少约265 t/h的二氧化碳排放。 The research and application of carbon dioxide capture technology are critical approach to mitigating the greenhouse effect.Depending on the different sequence of carbon capture and combustion processes,the primary technical pathways include pre-combustion capture,oxy-fuel combustion,and post-combustion capture.And post-combustion capture is the most technically mature and widely applied method.According to statistics,there are 573 carbon capture projects globally,and this number is increasing annually.It is estimated that the annual carbon dioxide capture capacity will reach 320.9 million tons by 2023.In this paper,the emission reduction capability of carbon capture process,includes synthesis gas desulfurization,CO shift reaction,shift gas desulfurization,CO_(2) capture and compression unit,is analyzed by using ASPEN HYSYS.The result indicates that the process can produce 339.4 t/h of carbon dioxide product.Compared to the original process,the integration of the new carbon capture process can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 265 t/h.
