技术平台企业对创业企业集群关键核心技术突破的赋能机制研究

Research on Enabling Mechanism in Technology Platform Enterprises to Breakthrough in Key and Core Technologies of Entrepreneurial Enterprise Clusters

在世界经济格局变化与重塑的背景下,掌握关键核心技术是中国践行科技强国战略、推动经济高质量发展的重要路径。作为一种新型的组织形态,技术平台企业是产业创新的重要引领者、驱动者和组织者。因此,探究技术平台企业在创业企业集群关键核心技术突破中的作用已成为创新管理学界和业界亟待解决的重要议题。聚焦技术平台企业如何助力创业企业集群实现关键核心技术突破问题,运用探索性单案例研究方法,通过半结构化访谈、参与式观察和文档资料查阅等方式获取数据,并采用结构化数据分析方法进行编码,解构技术平台企业对创业企业集群关键核心技术突破的赋能过程及作用机制,探究其中的关键要素和逻辑关系。研究结果表明,作为特殊的链主企业和平台组织,技术平台企业在助力创业企业集群关键核心技术突破、推进产业创新升级的过程中发挥关键作用。在关键核心技术开发、转化及应用阶段,技术平台企业分别通过身份赋能、工程化赋能及价值赋能助力创业企业集群实现关键核心技术突破。在此过程中,技术平台企业通过发挥引领产业关键核心技术突破方向、提供硬件设备和软性契约双重支撑、衔接创业企业集群与产业集团发展生态3种主导角色,依次推进技术平台企业与创业企业在关键核心技术开发与转化阶段的价值共识、价值共享、价值共生以及技术平台企业、创业企业及产业集团在关键核心技术应用阶段的价值共赢,进而实现多主体之间的价值共创。研究结果丰富了关键核心技术突破影响因素与过程的理论研究,阐释了技术平台企业对创业企业集群关键核心技术突破的影响机制,实现了组织形态不断转变背景下,平台企业身份的新挖掘和新探索,同时可为技术平台企业以关键核心技术突破为切入点开展产业创新活动提供理论参考和实践指导。

In the context of the evolving and reshaping global economic landscape,mastering key and core technologies is a crucial path for China to implement the strategy of becoming a strong science and technology nation and promoting high-quality economic development.As a new organizational form,technology platform enterprises are important leaders,drivers,and organizers of industrial innovation.Therefore,exploring the role of technology platform enterprises in the breakthrough of key and core technologies within clusters of entrepreneurial enterprises has become an urgent issue in the fields of innovation management and industry.Focusing on the question of how technology platform enterprises assist entrepreneurial enterprise clusters in achieving breakthroughs in key and core technologies,this study employs an exploratory single-case study method.Data were collected through semi-structured interviews,participatory observation,and document analysis,and structured data analysis methods were used for coding.This study deconstructs the empowering process and mechanisms of technology platform enterprises in the breakthrough of key and core technologies within entrepreneurial enterprise clusters,to explore key elements and logical relationships.The results show that,as special“chain-leading enterprises”and“platform organizations”,technology platform enterprises play a crucial role in helping entrepreneurial enterprise clusters achieve breakthroughs in key and core technologies and promoting industrial innovation and upgrading.During the stages of development,transformation,and application of key and core technologies,technology platform enterprises assist entrepreneurial enterprise clusters in achieving breakthroughs through identity empowerment,engineering empowerment,and value empowerment.In this process,technology platform enterprises play three leading roles:guiding the breakthrough direction of key and core technologies in the industry,providing dual support through“hardware equipment”and“soft contracts”,and connecting the development ecology of entrepreneurial enterprise clusters with industrial groups.These roles successively promote value consensus,value sharing,and value symbiosis between technology platform enterprises and entrepreneurial enterprises during the stages of key and core technology development and transformation,and foster value co-win among technology platform enterprises,entrepreneurial enterprises,and industrial groups during the application stage of key and core technologies,ultimately achieving value co-creation across multiple entities.The research results enrich the theoretical study of the factors and processes affecting key and core technology breakthroughs,elucidate the mechanisms by which technology platform enterprises influence the breakthroughs of key and core technologies within entrepreneurial enterprise clusters,and achieve new insights and explorations of platform enterprise identities in the context of constantly changing organizational forms.This study also provides theoretical references and practical guidance for technology platform enterprises to carry out industrial innovation activities with key and core technology breakthroughs as the entry point.
