摘要
EPC是工程(Engineering)、采购(Procurement)和施工(Construction)的缩写,是一种项目总承包模式。这种模式通常由承包方负责整个项目的设计、采购和施工,并承担项目全部责任。采用EPC总承包能够有效缩短工期、控制投资,并保证项目质量。建筑信息模型(BIM)则是一种采用数字化手段,在建设工程及设施的全生命周期内,对其物理和功能特性进行数字化表达的技术。在风力发电工程总承包项目建设造价全过程控制中应用BIM技术,可以大大提升EPC项目工程质量。基于此,本文就以国电电力广西风电东兰弄好岭风电场工程项目总承包为例,采用BIM技术对项目建设造价的全过程控制进行了分析和探讨。
EPC is the abbreviation of Engineering,Procurement and Construction,which is a project general contracting mode.In this mode,the contractor is usually responsible for the design,procurement and construction of the entire project,and assumes full responsibility for the project.The use of EPC general contracting can effectively shorten the construction period,control the investment,and ensure the quality of the project.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a technology that uses digital means to digitally express the physical and functional characteristics throughout the entire life cycle of construction projects and facilities.The application of BIM technology in the whole process of construction cost control of wind power project general contract project can greatly improve the quality of EPC projects.Based on this,this article takes the general contracting of Guodian Power Guangxi Wind Power Donglan Nonghaoling Wind Farm Project as an example,and analyzes and discusses the whole process control of project construction cost by using the BIM technology.
