核蛋白1在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的研究进展

摘要 口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有恶性程度高、侵袭性强、极易发生淋巴结转移的特点,给患者带来极大的病痛及经济负担。近年来,越来越多的研究开始聚焦于OSCC发生发展的分子机制,其中核蛋白1作为一种在应激反应中表达上调的分子,具有多种生物学功能,尤其在肿瘤的发生发展过程中作用显著,与肿瘤的增殖和转移密切相关。因此,深入探究OSCC的分子机制、寻找新的治疗靶点,对改善OSCC患者预后具有重要意义。 Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the oral and maxillofacial region,characterized by high malignancy,strong invasiveness,and easy lymph node metastasis,which brings great pain and economic burden to the patients.In recent years,more and more research has focused on the molecular mechanisms underlying the occurrence and development of OSCC.Among them,nuclear protein 1 as a molecule upregulated in stress response,has multiple biological functions,especially in the process of tumor occurrence and development,and is closely related to tumor proliferation and metastasis.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the molecular mechanisms of OSCC and search for new therapeutic targets are of great significance for improving the prognosis of OSCC patients.
