摘要
宫腔镜技术是诊治子宫疾病的主要方法,且广泛应用于子宫腔疾病的诊治,目前已衍生出多种新技术手段。子宫腔内病变可能引起不孕症。因此,对于有妊娠需求的育龄期未孕女性,在有效诊治疾病的同时,更需要关注宫腔镜手术的安全性、对子宫内膜的保护作用以及宫腔内微环境。宫腔镜“冷刀”技术不仅能够更好地保护子宫内膜,还可以“即诊即治”,降低住院率,提高医疗效率,给患者的后续治疗节约时间和费用,是保留患者生育力、提高术后妊娠率的基础。
Hysteroscopy technology is the main method for diagnosing and treating uterine diseases,and is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine cavity diseases.Currently,various new technological means have been derived.Endometrial lesions may cause infertility.Therefore,for non-pregnant women of childbearing age who have a need for pregnancy,while effectively diagnosing and treating diseases,it is more important to pay attention to the safety of hysteroscopy surgery,the protective effect on the endometrium,and intrauterine microenvironment.The hysteroscopy"cold knife"technique not only better protects the endometrium,but also allows for"immediate diagnosis and treatment",reducing hospitalization rates,improving medical efficiency,saving time and costs for the patients′subsequent treatment,and is the basis for preserving fertility and improving postoperative pregnancy rates.
