共聚焦激光显微内镜在胰腺疾病中的应用进展

摘要 近年来,共聚焦激光显微内镜(CLE)在胰腺疾病中的应用越来越广泛。应用19 G微型探针的针式CLE(nCLE)检查能够实时观察胰腺囊壁,在胰腺病变的临床应用中展现出广泛潜力。CLE在明确胰腺囊性病变良恶性诊断中尤为关键,且对于确诊后制订治疗方案至关重要。传统的超声内镜引导下细针抽吸技术可能无法明确诊断或识别病变性质,但CLE显著提高了胰腺囊性病变的诊断准确率,并建立了基于nCLE的新诊断标准,验证了其可行性,未来nCLE诊断胰腺实性病变良恶性的准确性仍有待提升。 In recent years,the application of confocal laser endomicroscopy(CLE)in pancreatic diseases has become increasingly widespread.The application of 19G micro probes in needle type CLE(nCLE)examination can observe the pancreatic cyst wall in real time,demonstrating broad potential in the clinical application of pancreatic lesions.CLE is particularly crucial in the diagnosis of benign and malignant pancreatic cystic lesions,and is essential for developing treatment plans after diagnosis.Traditional endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration techniques may not be able to accurately diagnose or identify the nature of lesions,while CLE has significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy of pancreatic cystic lesions and established a new diagnostic standard based on nCLE,verifying its feasibility.In the future,the accuracy of nCLE in diagnosing benign and malignant solid pancreatic lesions still needs to be improved.
