临床药师参与的药学服务在儿科哮喘门诊中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Pharmaceutical Services with Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in Pediatric Asthma Clinic

目的:探讨临床药师参与的药学服务在儿科哮喘门诊中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2022年10月于北京市密云区妇幼保健院儿科哮喘门诊就诊的患儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规药学服务,观察组实施临床药师参与的药物服务。比较两组治疗有效率、用药依从性、服务满意度。结果:观察组用药有效率、用药依从性、服务满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师参与的药学服务在儿科哮喘门诊中的应用效果较好,能够提高用药依从性及服务满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of pharmaceutical services with participation of clinical pharmacists in pediatric asthma clinic.Methods:From October 2021 to October 2022,100 children who visited Pediatric Asthma Clinic in Beijing Miyun District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional pharmaceutical services,and the observation group received pharmaceutical services with the participation of clinical pharmacists.The effective rate of treatment,medication compliance and service satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of medication,medication compliance and service satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical services with participation of clinical pharmacists in pediatric asthma clinic have better application effect,and can improve medication compliance and service satisfaction.
