摘要
目的:分析体外冲击波碎石和经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿结石的临床效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2022年12月安庆秉风医院收治的100例泌尿结石患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用体外冲击波碎石手术,研究组采用经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果、结石排净时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及治疗依从性。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、并发症总发生率、治疗总依从性高于对照组,结石排净时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:与体外冲击波碎石术相比,经皮肾镜手术治疗泌尿结石的临床效果显著,能够缩短结石排净时间和住院时间,提高患者治疗依从性,但并发症发生率较高。因此,临床需要根据患者的具体病情选择手术方法。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:A total of 100 patients with urinary calculi treated at Anqing Bingfeng Hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy surgery,while the study group received percutaneous nephrolithotomy pneumatic lithotripsy surgery.The treatment effect,calculus clearance time,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,total incidence of complications and total treatment compliance in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the calculus clearance time and length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,percutaneous nephroscopy surgery has significant clinical effect in the treatment of urinary calculi,and can shorten the calculus clearance time and length of hospital stay,and improve the treatment compliance of patients,but has a higher incidence of complications.Therefore,it is necessary in clinical setting to choose the surgical method according to the specific condition of the patient.
