甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在无痛胃镜检查镇静中的应用研究

Application study of remifentanil tosylate in sedation during painless gastroscopy examination

目的:探究甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在无痛胃镜检查镇静中的应用研究。方法:选取2023年5月—2024年3月于肇庆市高要区中医院行无痛胃镜检查的患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组给予丙泊酚麻醉,观察组给予甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉。对比两组血流动力学指标、麻醉效果、术中镇静效果及不良反应发生率。结果:胃镜抵达咽喉时、胃镜抵达咽喉后3 min、胃镜检查完成时,两组心率、呼吸频率、经皮血氧饱和度均低于麻醉诱导前,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉时间、胃镜操作时间比对照组短,Ramsay麻醉量表评分、镇静优良率比对照组高,不良反应总发生率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑在无痛胃镜检查镇静中的应用效果较好,可维持患者血流动力学稳定,提高镇静效果,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:Application study of remifentanil tosylate in sedation during painless gastroscopy examination.Methods:A total of two hundred patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in Zhaoqing Gaoyao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups with one hundred cases in each group.The control group was given propofol anesthesia,and the observation group was given remazolam toluene sulfonate anesthesia.Hemodynamic indexes,anesthetic effect,intraoperative sedation effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:When the gastroscope arrived at the throat,the gastroscope arrived 3 minutes later,and when the gastroscopy was completed,the heart rate,respiratory rate,and percutaneous oxygen saturation of the two groups were lower than those before anesthesia induction,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the anesthesia time and gastroscopy operation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the Ramsay anesthesia scale score and the good and good rate of sedation were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remazolam toluene sulfonate has a good sedation effect on the use of painless gastroscopy,which can maintain the hemodynamic stability of patients,improve the sedation effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
