塞来昔布胶囊联合痛风消痹方治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Celecoxib Capsules Combined with Gout Xiaobi Formula in Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis with Dampness-Heat Accumulation Syndrome

目的:分析塞来昔布胶囊联合痛风消痹方治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2023年2—10月于广东祈福医院骨伤科就诊的湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,各30例。对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗,试验1组给予痛风消痹方治疗,试验2组给予塞来昔布胶囊联合痛风消痹方治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果:治疗后8 h、12 h、24 h、2 d的疼痛评分,试验2组<试验1组<对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组尿酸水平、红细胞沉降率、白细胞水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但三组之间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,三组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且试验1组和试验2组均低于对照组(P<0.05),但试验1组和试验2组之间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:塞来昔布胶囊联合痛风消痹方治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果较好,能够减轻患者疼痛症状、炎性反应和关节水肿。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of celecoxib capsules combined with Gout Xiaobi Formula in treatment of acute gouty arthritis with dampness-heat accumulation syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients of acute gouty arthritis with dampness-heat accumulation syndrome treated in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department of Guangdong Clifford Hospital from February 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group,trial group 1 and trial group 2,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules,the trial group 1 was treated with Gout Xiaobi Formula,and the trial group 2 was treated with celecoxib capsules plus Gout Xiaobi Formula.The treatment effects of the three groups were compared.Results:At 8 h,12 h,24 h,and 2 d after treatment,the pain scores were ranked as follows:trial group 2<trial group 1<control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uric acid level,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and leukocyte level in the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in trial group 1 and trial group 2 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between trial group 1 and trial group 2(P>0.05).Conclusion:Celecoxib capsules combined with Gout Xiaobi Formula has a good clinical effect in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with dampness-heat accumulation syndrome,and can relieve pain symptoms,inflammatory reaction and joint edema in patients.
