黄英咳喘糖浆辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Huangying Kechuan Syrup in Adjuvant Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

目的:分析黄英咳喘糖浆辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床效果。方法:选取2023年12月—2024年2月于本溪满族自治县中医院儿科住院的MPP患儿110例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组给予注射用乳糖酸红霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合黄英咳喘糖浆治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果、症状缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034)。观察组发热、咳嗽、咯痰、喘息缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄英止咳糖浆辅助治疗儿童MPP的临床效果显著,能够缩短患儿症状缓解时间、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Huangying Kechuan Syrup in the adjuvant treatment of Mycoplasma pneu-moniae pneumonia(MPP)in children.Methods:A total of 110 children with MPP who were hospitalized in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Benxi Manchu Autonomous County from December 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study sub-jects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erythromycin Lactobionate for Injection,and the observation group was treated with Huangying Kechuan Syrup on the basis of control group.The treatment effects,symptom relief time,disappearance time of pulmo-nary rales,length of hospital stay and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total ef-fective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.034).The relief time of fever,cough,expectoration and wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huan-gying Kechuan Syrup in the adjuvant treatment of MPP in children has significant clinical effects,and can shorten symptom relief time,disappearance time of pulmonary rales and length of hospital stay,with a high safety.
