百合固金汤加味治疗肺肾阴虚型非结核分枝杆菌肺病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction on Non-tuberculous Mycobacterium Lung Disease of Lung-kidney Yin Deficiency Type

目的:探讨百合固金汤加味治疗肺肾阴虚型非结核分枝杆菌肺病(NTM)的临床效果。方法:选择2020年6月—2023年6月于山东省公共卫生临床中心就诊的300例肺肾阴虚型NTM患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法分组,每组150例。对照组应用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用百合固金汤加味治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应、肺功能指标、中医证候评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P=0.013)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能指标水平均高于治疗前,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤加味治疗肺肾阴虚型NTM的临床效果显著,可改善患者的肺功能,缓解临床症状,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction in the treatment of non-tuberculous Mycobacterium lung disease(NTM)with lung-kidney Yin deficiency.Methods:A total of three hundred patients with lung-kidney-yin deficiency NTM treated in Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected for this study.They were divided into one hundred and fifty patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Baihe Gujin Decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect,adverse reaction,pulmonary function index and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.013);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of lung function indexes in both groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baihe Gujin Decoction has significant clinical effect in treating lung-kidney Yin deficiency type NTM,which can improve lung function and relieve clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
