养正合剂在改善大肠癌化疗患者睡眠质量中的应用效果

Application Effect of Yangzheng Mixture in Improving Sleep Quality of Colorectal Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的:探讨养正合剂在改善大肠癌化疗患者睡眠质量中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年5月—2023年3月亳州市人民医院肿瘤科收治的154例大肠癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各77例。对照组给予常规化疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予养正合剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候评分、睡眠质量。结果:试验组疾病控制率高于对照组(P=0.029)。治疗后,两组主证、次证评分及总分均低于治疗前,且试验组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠持续时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、安眠药应用、日间功能评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组各项睡眠评分及总分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组各项睡眠评分及总分比治疗前低,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养正合剂在改善大肠癌化疗患者睡眠质量中的应用效果显著,能够提高治疗效果,缓解患者症状。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of Yangzheng Mixture in improving sleep quality of colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 154 colorectal cancer patients admitted to the Oncology Department at the People's Hospital of Bozhou from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into test group and control group according to random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group received conventional chemotherapy and the test group received Yangzheng Mixture treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The disease control rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.029).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms and the total scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in sleep quality,sleep onset time,sleep dura-tion,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,sleeping pill application,daytime function scores and the total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in various sleep dimension scores and total scores in the control group compared with those before treatment(P>0.05);various sleep dimension scores and total scores in the test group were lower than those before treatment,and lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangzheng Mixture has significant ef-fects in improving sleep quality of colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and can improve the treatment effect and relieve the symptoms of patients.
