小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇在冠心病和脑卒中诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Small Dense Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease and Stroke

目的:探讨小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sdLDL-C)在冠心病和脑卒中诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年3月盘州市人民医院收治的116例冠心病患者作为冠心病组,108例脑卒中患者作为脑卒中组,70例健康体检者作为对照组。采集受检者静脉血,应用全自动生化分析仪检测血清sdLDL-C指标水平,比较三组sdLDL-C水平及冠心病组、脑卒中组不同疾病分型患者的sdLDL-C水平,分析sdLDL-C对冠心病和脑卒中的诊断价值。结果:三组sdLDL-C水平比较,冠心病组>脑卒中组>对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者sdLDL-C水平高于冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。急性缺血性脑卒中患者sdLDL-C水平高于急性非缺血性脑卒中患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。sdLDL-C对冠心病和脑卒中有一定的诊断价值(P<0.05)。结论:sdLDL-C在冠心病和脑卒中的诊断中具有一定价值,能够作为临床诊断冠心病和脑卒中的辅助检测指标,为疾病早期的诊断和治疗提供参考。

Objective:To investigate the application value of small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C)in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and stroke.Methods:From January 2022 to March 2024,116 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Panzhou People's Hospital were selected as coronary heart disease group,108 patients with stroke were selected as stroke group and 70 healthy physical examination subjects were selected as control group.The venous blood of the subjects was collected,and the serum sdLDL-C index level was detected by fully automatic biochemical analyzer.The sdLDL-C level of the three groups and the sdLDL-C level of patients with different disease types in the coronary heart disease group and stroke group were compared.The diagnostic value of sdLDL-C for coronary heart disease and stroke was analyzed.Results:The levels of sdLDL-C in three groups were compared and ranked as follows:coronary heart disease group>stroke group>control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of sdLDL-C in patients with unstable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease were higher than those in patients with stable angina pectoris and coronary heart disease,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The levels of sdLDL-C in patients with acute ischemic stroke were higher than those in patients with acute non-ischemic stroke,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).sdLDL-C had certain diagnostic value for coronary heart disease and stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion:sdLDL-C has certain value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease and stroke,and can be used as an auxiliary detection index for the clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease and stroke,and provides a reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
