以需求满足为导向的手术室护理管理模式在肢体严重创伤患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Need-oriented Nursing Management Mode in Operating Room in Patients with Severe Limb Trauma

目的:探讨以需求满足为导向的手术室护理管理模式在肢体严重创伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2024年6月无锡市第九人民医院收治的肢体严重创伤患者88例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,包括对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组应用常规手术室护理管理模式,观察组应用以需求满足为导向的手术室护理管理模式。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组血管紧张素、皮质醇、去甲肾上腺素水平均高于治疗前,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组收缩压、舒张压及心率均高于干预前,但观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率比对照组低,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以需求满足为导向的手术室护理管理模式在肢体严重创伤患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者应激反应,改善血流动力学,降低手术并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of need-oriented nursing management mode in patients with severe limb trauma.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with severe limb trauma admitted to Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,including the control group and the observation group,with forty-four cases each.The control group applied the conventional operating room nursing management mode,and the observation group applied the need-oriented operating room nursing management mode.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of angiotensin,cortisol and norepinephrine in both groups were higher than before treatment,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in both groups were higher than before intervention,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of need-oriented nursing management mode in the operating room has significant effects in patients with severe limb trauma,which can reduce the stress response of patients,improve hemodynamics,reduce the incidence of surgical complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
