预防性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者围术期下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用效果

Application Effect of Preventive Care on Prevention of Lower Limb Deep Vein Thrombosis in Perioperative Patients with Gynecologic Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨预防性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者围术期下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)预防中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月广东省妇幼保健院妇科收治的恶性肿瘤患者98例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展预防性护理。对比两组DVT发生率、护理满意度、早期活动依从性、首次下床时间、住院时间。结果:观察组DVT发生率比对照组低,护理总满意度、早期活动总依从性比对照组高,首次下床时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理在妇科恶性肿瘤患者围术期DVT预防中的应用效果显著,能够缩短患者下床活动时间和住院时间,降低DVT发生率,提高患者早期活动依从性及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of preventive care on the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis(DVT)during the perioperative period in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor.Methods:A total of 98 patients with malignant tumor admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Guangdong Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the observation group re-ceived preventive care.The incidence of DVT,nursing satisfaction,early activity compliance,time to first ambulation,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the total nursing satisfaction and the total early activity compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the time to first ambulation and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of preventive care on the prevention of DVT during the periopera-tive period in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor has a significant effect,and can shorten the time of ambulation and the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of DVT,and improve patients'early activity compliance and nursing satisfaction.
