摘要
目的:探讨AIDET护患沟通模式在临床情景教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年12月—2024年1月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院神经内科实习的148名护士作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组和试验组,各74名。对照组采用常规沟通模式,试验组在对照组基础上采用AIDET护患沟通模式。比较两组学习积极性、护患沟通能力及护理满意度。结果:培训后,试验组学习积极性、护患沟通能力及护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:AIDET护患沟通模式在临床情景教学中的应用效果较好,可以提高实习护士的学习积极性、护患沟通能力和护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of AIDET nurse-patient communication mode in clinical situational teaching.Methods:A total of 148 nurses who were interned in the Department of Neurology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from December 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by using lottery method,with 74 nurses in each group.The control group used conventional communication mode,while the experimental group used AIDET nurse-patient communication mode on the basis of the control group.The learning initiative,nurse-patient communication ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After training,the scores of learning initiative,nurse-patient communication ability and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of AIDET nurse-patient communication mode in clinical situational teaching has better effects,and can improve the learning initiative of intern nurses,nurse-patient communication ability and nursing satisfaction.
