移动激光预切槽辅助TBM滚刀破岩的仿真研究

摘要 为提高全断面硬岩隧道掘进机(Tunnel Boring Machine,以下简称为TBM)滚刀掘进寿命,文章提出一种TBM滚刀在移动激光预切槽辅助下破岩的方法,并在ANSYS中建立方案的有限元模型,对模拟环境下的移动激光切槽进行数值仿真,探究其切槽效果,同时分析不同激光功率、移动速度对切槽过程岩石去除效果、激光槽轮廓形貌的影响.结果表明:移动激光在一定功率和速度下能有效实现切槽;给定激光功率下,激光移动速度增加,槽宽与槽深呈递减的趋势;给定激光移动速度,激光功率增加,槽宽与槽深呈现递增的趋势;激光参数除影响槽宽和槽深外,还影响激光槽轮廓的完整性;对后续进一步把移动式激光集成到TBM滚刀上进行联合破岩仿真及实验具有参考性. To improve the longevity of disc cutters in full-face hard rock Tunnel Boring Machines(TBM),this paper introduces a technique that combines TBM disc cutters with dynamic laser pre-cutting grooves to facilitate rock fragmentation.A finite element model of this innovative approach has been developed using ANSYS to perform numerical simulations of the dynamic laser groove cutting within a controlled environment,assessing the effectiveness of the groove cutting.The study further examines the effects of varying laser intensities and traversal speeds on the efficiency of rock removal during the groove cutting process,as well as the resulting morphology of the laser-cut grooves.Findings indicate that the dynamic laser can efficiently execute groove cutting at specific power and speed settings.It was observed that at a constant laser intensity,an increase in the speed of the laser′s movement correlates with a reduction in both the width and depth of the groove;conversely,at a constant speed,a higher laser power corresponds with an increase in these dimensions.Beyond influencing the dimensions of the groove,the laser parameters also affect the structural integrity of the groove′s profile.This research offers valuable insights for the future integration of mobile lasers with TBM disc cutters,paving the way for advanced simulations and experimental studies in combined rock-breaking techniques.
