摘要
Ce-TiO_(2)nanowires were prepared by hydrothermal method with cerium nitrate as the doping source.The products were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The effects of Ce doping amount on morphology,phase structure,photocatalytic activity,and degradation process of TiO_(2)nanowires were further evaluated.When the Ce doping amount in TiO_(2)was about 4%(mass fraction),the photocatalytic degradation rate of Ce-TiO_(2)nanowires on methylene blue under UV light reached 90.5%.
以硝酸铈为原料水热法合成了Ce掺杂二氧化钛纳米线。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、紫外光谱和X射线光电子能谱对产品进行了表征,并利用电化学阻抗仪分析了电化学性质。Ce的掺杂度对产品形貌、晶体构型、光催化活性及有机物降解均有影响。Ce掺杂量为4%(质量分数)时,产品对甲基蓝的催化降解率达到90.5%。
