摘要
液位是储罐中的关键参数,液位计种类多样,由于化工储罐材质、体积、结构、安置状况等因素多变,对液位测量仪表的选型和安装有了更高的要求。为了选用高精准的测量工具对油品交接和成本核算,对比了各种常见液位计的工作原理、测量精度、影响因素、可靠性、安装难度、维修工作量等,筛选出精度高、可靠且安装操作简单的雷达液位计展开进一步分析研究,总结不同工况下雷达液位计的选型及应用对比。以国内某大型输油站为案例,通过分析项目投资、测量范围、储罐用途、被测介质等因素,最终选取FMR540导波雷达液位计作为项目测量仪表,并基于实际工况优选适用于该大型输油站油品储罐的设计选型和安装方案,研究结果表明:该导波雷达液位仪表显示数据与人工检尺数据误差均在±3 mm内,雷达液位计精度较高,且该液位计已在项目中安装超过1年,使用期间维护次数极少,可为类似油品储罐液位计测量提供参考。
Liquid level is a crucial parameter in storage tanks,and there are various types of liquid level gauges.Due to the diverse materials,volumes,structures,and installation conditions of chemical storage tanks,there are higher requirements for the selection and installation of liquid level measuring instruments.To ensure high precision in measuring tools for oil product transfer and cost accounting,this paper begins by comparing the working principles,measurement accuracy,influencing factors,reliability,installation complexity,and maintenance workload of various common liquid level gauges,ultimately identifying radar level gauges as a reliable and straightforward option for further analysis.The research delves into the selection and application of radar level gauges under different operational conditions,summarizing their advantages.A case study of a large domestic oil transmission station is presented,and factors such as project investment,measurement range,tank purpose,and the characteristics of the measured media are analyzed.Ultimately,the FMR540 guided wave radar level gauge is selected as the measurement instrument for this project,and an optimized design,selection,and installation plan tailored for the oil product storage tanks at the station is proposed.The results demonstrate that the data displayed by the guided wave radar level gauge shows a measurement error within±3 mm compared to manual measurements,indicating its high precision.Additionally,this radar level gauge has been in operation for over a year with minimal maintenance required,providing valuable insights for similar liquid level measurement applications in oil storage tanks.
