摘要
针对储粮精准通风实际操作需求,研发了一种基于一维粮堆通风预测模型和粒子群优化算法的精准通风预测和优化器,并结合Matlab图形界面开发了“储粮通风智星——精准通风优化器”应用软件。该优化器可以针对4个粮种、3种通风模式、不同粮堆高度等条件开展通风参数优化计算。经算例测试,该优化器可以在较短时长内完成通风建议的预测计算,所给出的通风建议符合物理实际且能够达到通风要求。
According to the actual operation requirements for precise ventilation of grain storage,a precise ventila⁃tion predictor and optimizer based on one⁃dimensional grain ventilation prediction model and particle swarm optimi⁃zation algorithm was developed,and the application software‘Smart Grain Storage Ventilation⁃Accurate Ventilation Optimizer’was developed in combination with the Matlab graphical interface.The optimizer could perform optimi⁃zation calculations for 4 types of grains,3 ventilation types,different grain pile heights,etc.According to bench⁃mark tests,the optimizer could complete the calculation of ventilation suggestions within 10 minutes,and the venti⁃lation suggestions given are in line with physical reality and could meet ventilation requirements,which has certain practical application value.
