摘要
慢性病是临床上较为常见的疾病类型,具有发展隐匿、发病机制复杂、患者预后较差、临床治疗难度大等特点。中西医协同治疗对提高慢性病患者的生存质量、临床疗效有显著优势。随着社会的不断进步和人民对健康意识的不断提高,中西医协同治疗慢性病成为了当今卫生服务发展的主要方向。通过文献综述方法系统地整理了慢性病具有虚弱性、缠绵性和复杂性的发病特点,以络虚不荣、痰瘀阻络、久虚络瘀为其核心病机,同时提出了中西医协同全方位、全周期防治慢性病的科学思路与方法,旨在为慢性病防治工作提供更为全面、更科学的参考依据。
Chronic diseases are a common type of disease in clinical practice,characterized by insidious development,complex pathogenesis,poor patient prognosis,and difficult clinical treatment.The synergistic treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has significant advantages in improving the quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients with chronic diseases.With the continuous progress of society and the increasing awareness of health among the people,the collaborative treatment of chronic diseases with traditional Chinese and Western medicine is the main direction of health service development today.This article systematically summarizes the characteristics of chronic diseases,which are characterized by weakness,persistence,and complexity,through literature review.The core pathogenesis of chronic diseases is the lack of vitality in the meridians,obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis in the meridians,and prolonged deficiency and blood stasis in the meridians.At the same time,a scientific approach and method of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine for comprehensive and full cycle prevention and treatment of chronic diseases are proposed,aiming to provide a more comprehensive and scientific reference for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
