以肉类食材为例分析《御膳本草》对《本草纲目》的继承与变异

摘要 《御膳本草》作为琉球王国唯一一本饮食医学书,受到了《本草纲目》的巨大影响。冲绳(前身为琉球王国)自古便盛行食药同源的饮食理念,该理念普遍被认为起源于中国的中医药文化。《御膳本草》肉类食材的种类、食材的功效基本沿用《本草纲目》的相应内容;内脏料理方面,《本草纲目》的“以脏养脏”观念经由《御膳本草》影响了琉球料理;但肉类食材的料理法与《本草纲目》全然不同。通过考察《御膳本草》对《本草纲目》的继承与发展之具体情况,不仅能探明中国肉食文化对琉球肉食文化影响的来龙去脉,而且在研究中医药文化对琉球王国产生的影响上也有一定的参考价值。 As the only dietary medicine book in the Ryukyu Kingdom,the Gozen Honzo was greatly influenced by the Bencao Gangmu.The concept of food and medicine sharing the same origin has been prevalent in Okinawa(formerly known as the Ryukyu Kingdom)since ancient times,and this concept is widely believed to have originated from Chinese traditional medicine culture.The types of meat ingredients and their effects in the Gozen Honzo are basically based on the corresponding content in the Bencao Gangmu.In terms of visceral cuisine,the concept of"nourishing organs with corresponding organs"from Bencao Gangmu has influenced Ryukyuan cuisine through the Gozen Honzo,but the cooking method of meat ingredients is completely different from the Bencao Gangmu.By examining the specific situation of the inheritance and development of the Gozen Honzo to Bencao Gangmu,we can not only find out the influence of Chinese carnivorous culture on Ryukyu carnivorous culture,but also have a certain reference value in studying the influence of Chinese traditional medicine culture on Ryukyu Kingdom.
