屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)联合益母草颗粒治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Yimucao Keli in the treatment of patients with menstrual irregularities after artificial artificial abortion

目的观察屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)联合益母草颗粒治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月庆阳市人民医院收治的人工流产术后月经不调患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和中药组,各30例。在常规治疗基础上,中药组采用益母草颗粒治疗,联合组在中药组基础上加用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗,2组均治疗28 d。比较2组临床疗效,月经恢复时间,治疗前后性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2)、孕酮(P)]水平、子宫内膜厚度,不良反应。结果联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于中药组的73.33%(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。联合组月经恢复时间为(24.98±2.37)d,短于中药组的(34.95±5.48)d(t=9.146,P<0.001)。治疗28 d后,2组血清FSH、LH、E 2、P水平高于治疗前,且联合组高于中药组(P<0.01);2组子宫内膜厚度大于治疗前,且联合组大于中药组(P<0.01)。联合组不良反应总发生率低于中药组(13.33%vs.36.67%,χ^(2)=4.356,P=0.037)。结论采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)联合益母草颗粒治疗人工流产术后月经不调患者的临床效果显著,可改善性激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,缩短月经恢复时间,且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Yimucao Keli in the treatment of patients with menstrual irregularities after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 60 patients with menstrual irregularities after abortion admitted to Qingyang People′s Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected,and they were divided into the combination group and the Chinese medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the Chinese medicine group was treated with Yimucao Keli,and the combination group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on the basis of the Chinese medicine group,and both groups were treated for 28 days.The clinical efficacy,menstrual recovery time,the levels of sex hormone(FSH,LH,E 2,P),endometrial thickness before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the Chinese medicine group(96.67%vs.73.33%,χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).The menstrual recovery time in the combination group was(24.98±2.37)days,which was shorter than(34.95±5.48)days of the Chinese medicine group(t=9.146,P<0.001).After 28 days of treatment,the serum levels of FSH,LH,E 2 and P in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the combination group were higher than those in the Chinese medicine group(P<0.01);The endometrial thickness of the two groups was larger than that before treatment,and the combination group was larger than that of the Chinese medicine group(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the Chinese medicine group(13.33%vs.36.67%,χ^(2)=4.356,P=0.037).Conclusion The clinical effect of drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)combined with Yimucao Keli in the treatment of patients with menstrual irregularities after artificial abortion is significant,which can improve sex hormone levels,increase endometrial thickness,shorten menstrual recovery time,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions,with higher safety.
