盐酸哌罗匹隆联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症患者的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of perospirone hydrochloride combined with low-dose amisulpride in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia

目的探究盐酸哌罗匹隆联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症患者的应用价值。方法选取邹平市精神卫生中心2022年2月~2023年2月收治的106例精神分裂症患者,随机分为2组,各53例。对照组采用盐酸哌罗匹隆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用小剂量氨磺必利治疗。对比两组的疗效、症状评分、认知功能、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组的阴性症状、阳性症状及一般精神病理评分低于对照组(P<0.05);在认知功能的威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)评估中,治疗后与治疗前相比,两组的正确次数、完成分类数均升高,而持续错误数和随机错误数均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸哌罗匹隆联合小剂量氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症患者的应用价值较高,能提高患者的认知功能,缓解临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the application value of perospirone hydrochloride combined with low-dose amisulpride in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 106 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Zouping Mental Health Center from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with perospirone hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with low-dose amisulpride on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,symptom score,cognitive function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the negative symptoms,positive symptoms and general psychopathological scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).On the wisconsin card sorting test(WCST)assessment of cognitive function,post-treatment compared to pre-treatment,the number of correct times and the number of completed classification in the two groups increased after treatment,while the number of continuous errors and the number of random errors decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of perospirone hydrochloride combined with low-dose amisulpride in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia is high,which can improve the cognitive function of patients,relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
