芳香疗法联合个体化音乐干预在神经外科脑深部电刺激术中的应用价值

Application value of aromatherapy combined with individualized music intervention in neurosurgical deep brain stimulation

目的分析芳香疗法联合个体化音乐干预在神经外科脑深部电刺激术(DBS)中的应用价值。方法选取2020年5月~2023年12月本院收治的需行DBS的帕金森病(PD)患者65例,将其随机分为对照组(n=33)和研究组(n=32)。两组均行DBS治疗,对照组采用常规专科护理,研究组在对照组的基础上加用芳香疗法联合个体化音乐干预。比较两组负性情绪、疼痛程度及恢复情况。结果干预12周后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预12周后,研究组疼痛程度较对照组轻(P<0.05)。干预12周后,两组Barthel指数、Tinetti平衡与步态量表(Tinetti POMA)评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芳香疗法联合个体化音乐干预应用于神经外科DBS,能有效改善PD患者的负性情绪、疼痛程度,并加快其运动能力的恢复。

Objective To analyze the application value of aromatherapy combined with individualized music intervention in neurosurgical deep brain stimulation(DBS).Methods A total of 65 patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to December 2023 who required DBS were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=33)and study group(n=32).Both groups were treated with DBS,the control group received routine specialist nursing,and the study group added aromatherapy combined with individualized music intervention on the basis of the control group.Negative emotions,pain level and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)were decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the pain level of the study group was milder than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of Barthel index and Tinetti performance oriented mobility assessment were increased in both groups,and the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of aromatherapy combined with individualized music intervention in neurosurgical DBS can effectively improve the negative emotions and pain level of PD patients,and accelerate the recovery of their motor abilities.
