摘要
锚固件是外墙外保温系统中重要的辅材之一,开发了一套旋锁式膨胀连接锚栓,对比测试了其在不同墙体应用中的力学性能。结果表明,相对于普通塑料膨胀锚栓,其在C25普通混凝土、MU15普通烧结黏土砖、A2.0蒸压加气混凝土砌块等实心墙体中的抗拉承载力平均提高了约5%,且随着墙体强度的降低锚固效果更优;在MU15烧结多孔砖、MU10普通混凝土小型空心砌块等空心墙体中的抗拉承载力分别提高了25.8%、32.3%。旋锁式膨胀连接锚栓的插入式锚盘构造可以有效地将保温板相互连接在一起形成一个整体,降低保温系统开裂脱落的风险。
Anchors are one of the important auxiliary materials in external thermal insulation systems for building exteriors.Develops a set of twist-lock expansion anchors and compares their physical performance on different walls.The results show that compared to ordinary plastic expansion anchors,its tensile bearing capacity in C25 ordinary concrete,MU15 ordinary sintered brick,and A2.0 autoclaved aerated concrete of solid walls has improved by an average of about 5%,and the anchoring effect is better as the wall strength decreases;in MU15 ordinary sintered brick and M10 ordinary concretetype hollow walls,the tensile bearing capacity has improved by 25.8%and 32.3%respectively.In practical applications,the twist-lock expansion anchors can effectively connect the insulation boards to form an integrated whole,further reducing the risk of cracking and detachment in the insulation system.
