数字经济赋能先进制造业和现代服务业融合研究

Integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry empowered by digital economy

基于2011-2020年中国31个省(市、自治区)的相关数据,构建了先进制造业和现代服务业发展水平指标体系并计算其综合得分,运用耦合协调度模型测算出两业融合水平,并验证了数字经济对两业融合的直接与间接赋能作用。研究表明:我国两业融合水平在2011-2020年间仍处于不稳定、不平衡状态。数字经济能够直接赋能两业融合,也可通过提升生产端要素配置效率、渠道端科技创新能力以及消费端客户需求力度,间接赋能两业融合,且数字经济对两业融合的影响存在地区异质性。由此提出实施区域差异化数字经济发展战略、提高生产端要素配置效率、提升渠道端技术创新水平和加强消费端客户需求力度的政策建议。

Based on the data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs an indicator system to measure the development levels of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,calculates their comprehensive scores,measures the integration level of the two industries by using the coupling coordination degree model,and verifies the direct and indirect empowerment effect of digital economy on the integration of the two industries.The conclusions indicate that the level of integration of the two industries in China is still unstable and unbalanced between 2011 and 2020.Digital economy can directly empower the integration of the two industries and indirectly do so by improving factor allocation efficiency at the production end,enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities at the channel end and increasing customer demand at the consumer end.In addition,the impact of digital economy on the integration of the two industries exhibits regional heterogeneity.Finally,the study puts forward suggestions such as implementing the strategy of developing a differentiated digital economy in different regions,improving factor allocation efficiency at the production end,enhancing scientific and technological innovation capabilities at the channel end,and increasing customer demand at the consumer end.
