数字普惠金融、健康人力资本投资与高质量就业

Digital inclusive finance,healthy human capital investment and high-quality employment

高质量就业是践行新发展理念的内在要求,提升就业质量、挖掘新动能是其重要内容。基于我国省际面板数据,对数字普惠金融、健康人力资本投资与高质量就业之间的关系进行实证检验,研究发现:数字普惠金融具有正向就业质量效应,其中数字化程度、覆盖广度和使用深度对高质量就业的影响呈逐层递进的关系;健康人力资本投资无论在数字普惠金融总体还是在其次级的三个维度上都表现出积极的中介效应;数字普惠金融就业效应与健康人力资本投资的中介效应具有区域异质性,对促进西部地区高质量就业效果显著。鉴于此,应当有差异性地深化数字普惠金融发展,加大健康人力资本投资,多维度推动数字创新战略实施,形成区域协调联动发展格局,促进高质量就业。

High-quality employment is an inherent requirement for implementing the new development philosophy,with the focus on improving the quality of employment and tapping new growth drivers.Based on the inter-provincial panel data,this paper empirically tests the relationship among digital inclusive finance,healthy human capital investment and high-quality employment.The results show that digital inclusive finance has a significant promoting effect on the realization of high-quality employment,and the impact of digitalization level,coverage breadth and depth of use on highquality employment shows a progressive relationship.Healthy human capital investment plays a positive intermediary role both in the employment effect of digital inclusive finance as a whole and in those of its three secondary dimensions.The employment effect of digital inclusive finance and the intermediary effect of healthy human capital investment show regional heterogeneity,and the effect of promoting high-quality employment in western China is significant.In view of the above,the study recommends deepening the development of digital inclusive finance in a differentiated manner,increasing investment in healthy human capital,and promoting the implementation of digital innovation strategies in multiple dimensions to form a coordinated and interconnected regional development pattern that promotes high-quality employment.
