提升设备液压制动器启闭特征参数的分段拟合提取方法

摘要 制动器启闭时间是表征提升设备液压制动器性能优劣最直观的特征参数,但在实际工程中不易直接提取。针对此问题,以液压制动系统为研究对象,通过分析制动器启闭压力数据特征,提出一种分段拟合的提取方法。此方法对制动器启闭压力上升或下降阶段的数据进行指数函数拟合,取稳定阶段数据的均值作此段拟合曲线,通过拟合曲线的交点坐标可以解出制动器的启闭时间;利用Simulink建立液压制动系统仿真模型,获取制动器启闭压力仿真数据,并结合实际测量数据对所提方法进行验证分析。研究结果表明:基于此特征提取方法,所得启闭时间特征结果与理论特征值对比,误差可控制在3%以内;提取的实际启闭时间特征值在过渡段范围之内,验证了提取方法的有效性与实用性,可满足工程中对液压制动器特征参数提取的要求。 The brake opening and closing times are the most intuitive feature parameters to reflect the performance of hydraulic brake in the hoisting equipment.However,it is difficult to be extracted directly in the actual engineering.In view of this problem,taking the hydraulic brake system as the research object,through analyzing of brake opening and closing pressure data,a segmental fitting extraction method was proposed.By using this method,an exponential function was fitted to the data of the rising or falling stage of brake opening and closing pressure,the mean value of stable stage data was used to make the fitted curves,and the brake opening and closing time could be solved by fitting the intersection point coordinates of the curves.The Simulink was used to establish the simulation model of hydraulic brake system,the simulation data of brake opening and closing pressure were obtained,and the proposed method was validated and analyzed by combining the actual measurement data.The results show that based on the feature extraction method,comparing with the theoretical eigenvalues,the result of the opening and closing time features can be controlled within 3%error;the extracted eigenvalues of the actual opening and closing times are within the range of the transition section,which verifies the validity and practicability of the extraction method.The proposed method can meet the requirements for the extraction of hydraulic brake feature parameters in engineering.
