摘要
航空发动机燃油调节器计量活门组件确切的摩擦特性对于系统级仿真的精确性至关重要。实践经验表明:温度是影响计量活门组件摩擦力的关键因素之一。因此,针对活门摩擦力的温度特性,提出一种基于接触模型和内摩擦理论的计算方法,定量描述温度影响活门摩擦力的2个基本途径。其中,活门与衬套直接接触摩擦力随着温度的上升近似呈线性下降趋势;活门与油液之间的摩擦力随温度上升呈指数形式下降。在0~50℃内,活门与油液之间的摩擦力随温度的升高下降较快,计量活门摩擦力随温度的变化主要受活门和油液摩擦力的影响。在50~150℃内,活门和油液的摩擦力下降较慢并逐渐趋近于零,此过程中活门和衬套的直接接触摩擦力对活门摩擦力随温度的变化起主要作用。设计了相关的试验系统,验证了所提方法的有效性,为进一步明确航空计量活门的摩擦特性奠定了理论基础。
For the metering valve components of an aeroengine fuel regulator,the exact friction characteristics are crucial for the accuracy of system-level simulation.The practical experience shows that temperature is one of the key factors affecting the friction of metering valve components.Therefore,according to the temperature characteristics of valve friction,a calculation method based on contact model and internal friction theory was proposed,and two basic ways of temperature affecting valve friction were described quantitatively.The friction in direct contact between the valve and the bush decreases approximately linearly with the rise of temperature;the friction between the valve and the oil decreases exponentially with the rise of temperature.From 0℃to 50℃,the friction between the valve and the oil decreases rapidly with the increase of temperature,and the change of the metering valve friction with temperature is mainly affected by the friction of the valve and the oil.From 50℃to 150℃,the friction of the valve and the oil decreases slowly and gradually tends to zero,in this process,the direct contact friction of the valve and the bush plays a major role in the change of the valve friction with temperature.A relevant test system was designed,and the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.It can lay a theoretical basis for further defining the frictional characteristics of the aeronautical metering valve.
