摘要
增材制造技术应用于装备维修已成为提升装备保障能力的重要途径。增材制造技术以其全数字化制造特点,可在应急时刻快速制造装备急缺备件或修复装备已损伤的零件,战时可形成对现有保障能力的有效补充,大幅提升装备的应急保障能力。从车载增材制造设备、主要工艺、关键技术、平战时特点等方面进行了综述,明确了现阶段增材制造技术在装备维修保障领域的研究现状,并对现阶段战时应用所面临的困难及挑战进行了分析,为增材制造技术在战时装备保障工程化应用提供参考。
The application of additive manufacturing technology in equipment maintenance has become an important way to enhance equipment support capabilities.With its fully digital manufacturing characteristics,additive manufacturing technology can quickly manufacture urgently needed spare parts or repair damaged parts of equipment in emergency situations.In wartime,it can form an effective supplement to the existing support capabilities and greatly improve the emergency support capabilities of equipment.The automotive additive manufacturing equipment,main processes,key technologies,wartime characteristics and other aspects were reviewed,the current research status of additive manufacturing technology in the field of equipment maintenance support were clarified,and the difficulties and challenges faced by the current wartime application were analyzed,so as to provide reference for the application of additive manufacturing technology in wartime equipment support engineering.
