基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预对CT增强扫描检查患者的影响

The Effect of Focused Solution Model-based Psychological Intervention on Patients Undergoing CT Enhanced Scanning

目的:观察基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预对CT增强扫描检查患者的影响分析。方法:选取惠州市第六人民医院在2024年2月-2024年5月收治的基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预并接受CT增强扫描检查65例患者为研究组,另选取在2023年10月至2024年1月收治的常规护理并接受CT增强扫描检查65例患者为对照组。比较两组患者在护理前、后对检查的应对态度评分、心理、生理应激反应,评价患者检查依从性、一次性检查成功率及不良反应发生情况。结果:在护理后两组积极应对方式均较护理前提升,消极应对方式、检查的心理、生理应激反应较护理前下降,研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组检查依从性优良率96.92%、一次性检查功能率93.85%均高于对照组,而不良反应发生率4.62%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对CT增强扫描检查患者实施基于聚焦解决模式的心理干预,可明显改变患者对于检查的应对态度,降低心理、生理性的应激反应,提升患者对于检查的依从性与一次性检查成功率,降低不良反应的发生率,效果理想。

Objective:Observation and analysis of the impact of psychological intervention based on focused solution model on patients undergoing CT enhanced scanning examination.Methods:Sixty-five patients who received psychological intervention based on the focused solution model and underwent CT enhanced scanning from February 2024 to May 2024 at Huizhou Sixth People's Hospital were selected as the study group.Another 65 patients who received routine care before CT enhanced scanning during October 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the control group.The coping attitudes,psychological and physiological stress responses,examination compliance,one-time success rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,both groups showed an improvement in positive coping styles compared to before nursing.The study group showed a decrease in negative coping styles,psychological and physiological stress responses during examinations compared to before nursing,while the study group had a lower level(P<0.05).The research group had a higher rate of excellent compliance and one-time functional examination,while the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients undergoing CT enhanced scanning,implementing psychological intervention based on focused solution model can significantly change their attitude towards examination,reduce psychological and physiological stress reactions,improve patient compliance with examination and the success rate of one-time examination,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and achieve ideal results.
