The Rise and Development of China's Modern Built Heritage Protection

中国疆土幅员辽阔,文化传统多元,构筑了丰富且悠久的建成遗产环境。在快速城镇化和全球化的背景下,国家对遗产保护和可持续发展日益重视。本文基于国际遗产保护理念的适应性影响,回顾了中国近现代建成遗产保护历程的兴起与发展,以及在此期间所设立的条例法规、机构体制和实践探索中体现出的国际智慧和经验;并在此基础上,结合中国现阶段遗产保护实践中呕待改善之处,探究未来中国建成遗产保护中的可持续发展策略。

Due to it's vast territory and diverse cultural traditions,China has built a rich and long-standing built heritage environment.In the context of rapid urbanization and globalization,the country is paying more and more attention to heritage protection and sustainable development.Based on the background of the adaptive impact of international heritage protection concepts,this article reviews the rise and development of modern Chinese built heritage protection,as well as the international wisdom and experience reflected in the regulations,institutional systems,and practical explorations established during this period;and on this basis,combined with the urgent need for improvement in the practice of heritage protection at the present stage in my country,explores the sustainable development strategy in the protection of China's built heritage in the future.
