煤炭机械化采样系统的问题分析与维护管理

摘要 煤炭分析由采样、制样和化验三个环节构成。目前在新型港口和电厂机械化采样占比已达到80%以上。为保证机械化采样系统所采样品具有良好的代表性,设备状况满足国家标准要求,设备的日常维护占据了主导地位。结合多年实践经验,针对移动煤流机械化采样系统使用过程中易出现影响样品代表性的问题进行了汇总,对移动煤流机械化采样系统的维护展开探讨。 Coal analysis consists of sampling,sample preparation and analysis.At present,the proportion of mechanized sampling in new ports and power plants has reached more than 80%.In order to ensure that the samples of the mechanized sampling system have a good representation,equipment conditions meet the requirements of national standards,the daily maintenance of equipment occupies a dominant position.Based on the practical experience of many years,this paper summarizes the problems that may affect the representativeness of samples during the use of the mechanized sampling system of moving coal flow,and discusses the maintenance of the mechanized sampling system of moving coal flow.
