发电风机废叶片热解回收及资源化利用研究进展

摘要 发电风机废叶片(简称废叶片)引发的环境污染以及资源浪费愈发严重,如何将废叶片高效资源化利用,是风力发电发展面临的瓶颈和重大难题。热解法回收技术较为成熟,是废叶片资源化利用的主要方法。基于风机叶片的材料组成,综述了废叶片热解回收法涉及的热解机理及热解油、玻璃纤维和碳纤维等热解产物资源化利用等方面的研究进展,针对热解产物资源化利用存在的问题提出了相应建议。 The environmental pollution and resource wastage caused by the waste blades of wind turbines are becoming increasingly severe.How to make use of the waste blades efficiently is a critical bottleneck and a major challenge in the development of the wind power industry.The technology of pyrolysis recovery is relatively mature,and it is the primary method for the resource utilization of waste blades.Based on the material composition of waste blades,the pyrolysis mechanism of waste blades and the resource utilization of pyrolysis products such as pyrolysis oil,glass fibers and carbon fibers were reviewed,and some suggestions were put forward to solve the problems in the utilization of pyrolysis products.
