摘要
黄酮类化合物是一类广泛存在于自然界中的具有多种生物活性的化合物,主要包括抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗过敏、降糖、心血管保护等药理作用。近年来,黄酮类成分的抗神经炎症作用得到了广泛的关注,研究发现其可通过多通路、多途径改善神经炎症,发挥神经保护作用。神经炎症作为神经退行性疾病重要病因及诱发因素之一,抑制神经炎症被认为是预防和治疗神经退行性疾病的重要手段。该文综述了神经炎症与神经退行性疾病的关系,总结了黄酮类化合物干预神经炎症治疗神经退行性疾病可能的作用机制,以期进一步为黄酮类成分的基础研究提供参考,为神经退行性疾病治疗药物的开发提供新的研究思路与方法。
Flavonoids are a class of compounds with a variety of biological activities widely found in nature,mainly including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-allergic,hypoglycemic,cardiovascular protection and other pharmacological effects.In recent years,the anti-neuroinflammatory effects of flavonoids have received widespread attention,and studies have found that they can improve neuroinflammation and exert neuroprotective effects through multiple pathways and channels.Neuroinflammation,as one of the important etiological and predisposing factors of neurodegenerative diseases,suppression of neuroinflammation is considered an important tool for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.This paper reviews the relationship between neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases,and summarizes the possible mechanisms of action of flavonoids intervening in neuroinflammation to treat neurodegenerative diseases,with a view to providing references for further basic research on flavonoid components and new research ideas and methods for the development of drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
