我国智慧体育公园建设经验、现实瓶颈及纾解之策

China’s Smart Sports Park Construction Experience,Realistic Bottlenecks and Strategies to Relieve Them

智慧体育公园作为全人群共同参与、全智能管理运营、全场景深度体验的全民健身新空间、新载体,满足了人民群众日益增长的健身需求。运用文献资料、实地调查等研究方法,立足主动健康理念,通过多案例类比分析我国智慧体育公园实践现状,归纳总结发展经验,针对现实瓶颈提出纾解之策。研究认为,我国智慧体育公园建设运营面临制度保障困囿、绿色理念缺失、数字基建薄弱、智能设施失配、主体供给错位等瓶颈,从而提出精准供给专项政策法规,织牢制度保障网;树立绿色低碳发展理念,打造矩阵式宣传渠道;完善全域数字基建触点,增强全链路数据能力;做好智能健身设施群体适配、场景适配及安全适配;完善政府购买服务机制,促进服务供给精准化的纾解之策。

As a new space and carrier of national fitness with common participation of the whole crowd,full intelligent management and operation,and full scene depth experience,smart sports park meets the growing fitness demand of the people.Using literature,field surveys and other research methods,based on the concept of active health,we analyse the current practice of smart sports parks in China through multiple case analogies,summarize the development experience,and put forward measures to alleviate the bottlenecks in reality.The study concludes that the construction and operation of smart sports parks in China is currently facing bottlenecks such as confined institutional protection,lack of green concepts,weak digital infrastructure,mismatch of smart facilities,and misalignment of the main supply,and thus puts forward the proposal of precisely supplying special policies and regulations to weave a firm institutional protection network;establishing the concept of green and low-carbon development,and building a matrix of publicity channels;perfecting the contacts of the entire digital infrastructure,and enhancing the capacity of the whole chain data;and doing a good job of smart fitness facilities,group adaptation,and scene adaptation.Facility group adaptation,scene adaptation and safety adaptation;improve the government purchase service mechanism,promote the precision of service supply relief measures.
